Welcome to Goliath Tactical Training, where innovation meets impact.  Founded by Carynn Rudolph, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in Youth Program Development, Restorative Justice, and Community Engagement, our mission extends beyond tactical training. With a deep commitment to creating safer communities, we are proud to introduce the Goliath Youth Safety Initiative (GYSI)—a program designed to empower educators, community leaders, and families with tools to address youth safety, mental health, and firearm responsibility.
